Yes, the food was late, but it was through reasonable means. I didn't have my phone near me and didn't hear them calling to tell me they had sold out of one of my items. But what they did was what I consider above and beyond awesome...they made a fresh batch just for me. And it was beyond delicious! It's this kind of service that keeps people coming back for more. The driver was super friendly and explained it all to me. He had delivered to me before, and I have gained trust from him. Thanks Jade Garden for going above and beyond what most restaurants would do for one customer!

This was the best Asian Cuisine I have had in a long time. A friend recommended Shanghai Express but their food was garbage. Jade Garden might be the second best Asian Cuisine I have had in a long time in North Carolina. I'm originally from Brooklyn New York so my taste of Asian Cuisine it's particularly high. But Jade Garden surpass my expectations. I am pleased and I will continue to order from Jade Garden from this point on

Loved the experience from start to finish. First time ordering from Grubhub. Food was hot, fresh ingredients, and made correctly. All sauces provided without asking. Driver was very pleasant. Moo goo gai pan is excellent. The Buddhas delight sauce was so incredible. The portions are huge. I was disappointed with the vegetable soup. Not much flavor. This is excellent food. I dont recommend the egg roll. Kinda mushy inside although perfectly cooked in clean oil. I really like this place. Oh yeh the customer service is impeccable.

It was a busy night and someone forgot an entree from our order. I called about it and the employees took care of everything -- they comped the entree, made a second delivery, and surprised us with a free order of soup! Thank you, Jade Garden, for your top-notch service!

Ordered from the old Jade Garden before but the food was terrible. Heard that the owner has changed since June. Tried recently and love it!

Way more better than before and they have many more options on the menu now. Be aware that some of the dishes are truly "Chinese spicy" spicy. Cannot ask more!
